Are you saying your populist example wasn't based on the concept of corporations holding revenue ideals above integrity? Can you provide some examples of these other incorruptible entities, that are not corporations, you propose to deliver the news?

But this explanation has been derived from the evidence and observations of the natural world. So far, no other explanation fits the evidence. The beauty of this is that the evidence is open and can be investigated by all. There's nothing covert, hidden or concealed about it. Does watching Jon Stewart instead of cable news channels count? On a side note, I'm still appalled at the disproportionate amount of time that some irrelevant (on a large scale) things receive, while serious key issues get glanced over. Growing up in Russia, the news time was split up roughly 50/50 on national and international news. I don't want to use MJ example - it's too obvious. I do remember when there was some trial going on about Anna Nicole Smith, her testimony was live on CNN, MSNBC, and FOX simultaneously, followed by lengthy discussion of the same case by "reporters." I was eating at a chow hall on a military base, and those are the only channels we can tune into. I was slowly boiling in my rage through the meal, as this useless information was being crammed in my brain from all TV's in there. Gah!
