news.cnet.com — Rumors are swirling that Lenovo is interested in Palm.Sure, it's mostly the talk of Wall Street hedge fund folks, but it's sent Palm's stock up 20 percent, or 77 cents to close at $4.62 Wednesday. Is Lenovo actually interested in acquiring Palm's sagging smartphone business?

Who would benefit most? I'm pretty sure Palm would....

Apple hasn't bothered with attacking Palm not because they are small potatoes in comparison, but because Palm's patent library is highly undervalued. They would be at a stalemate with apple, and thus useless to even bother suing.

"Screw Palm's OS, HTC should stick with Android."Agreed, Android is the way to go. BUT... I'd love to see the WebOS interface ported over to run on top of Android.WebOS interface + the flexibility and app catalog of Android = Pure Awesome.

This would make sense if WebOS didn't run circles around what Android can do.Do your research. WebOS is a better OS than Android. The only reason it didnt catch on was a lack of apps. If it was possible: Palm should make Android apps able to run on WebOS.
