And do you realize that if you are paying 15% interest that probably means that you have a ARM (look it up!), and your rate went up after the teaser rate was over? Which means that she had a subprime load and did not have good enough credit to get a normal fix rate mortgage. Who is crazy enough to be paying a fixed 15% interest anyways? Jeez...
