I own the moon, I laid claim to the moon in 1981, no one has disputed it so far.I really don't care who lands on the moon or who puts up a flag, but if you want to drill for resources or set off bombs or live there, well I do have reasonable rates, if you want to use the moon as a staging ground for war, well, sorry, not allowed. One big rule on the moon though, ABSOLUTELY NO ADVERTISEMENTS.
Wherever there is a facility, that will be sovereign territory...enforced by the biggest guns. It may not be 'owned' but it will be borrowed. On the moon, squattership/'ownership' will be 10 10ths of the law! There will be plenty of land grabbing as far away from each other as possible in the early stages. When the land gets tight, let the real games begin!
