commons.wikimedia.org— Can anyone explain who is trying to remove this picture of Don Rumsfeld and Saddam shaking hands from Wikipedia?

Did you know that Donald Rumsfeld was the President of Searle Laboratories? Searle is best known for holding the patent to aspartame, the active ingredient in NutraSweet. Aspartame is a very controversial substance (which gives me severe alergic reactions even after a single can of diet coke) yet Rumsfeld's buddies were able to convince the FDA to remove the substance from their banned substances list despite an FDA Board of Inquiry, comprised of three independent scientists, which confirmed that it "might induce brain tumors."Here's one of many videos describing Rumsfeld's involvement with Aspartame http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8N0z8stinoTHIS IS IMPORTANT:If you or anyone you know has ever experienced symptoms like: depression, lethargy, insomnia, headaches, Foggy Brain, nausea, vision problems, baldness, cancer, Dizziness ( or any of the other 92 known symptoms on this website: http://www.relfe.com/Aspartame_92.html ) Take a close look at your consumption of artificial sweeteners. This s**t CONTAINS METHANOL (AKA WOOD ALCOHOL/POISON) (10% OF ASPARTAME) Methanol/wood alcohol is a deadly poison. Methanol breaks down into formic acid and formaldehyde in the body. Formaldehyde is a deadly neurotoxin. An EPA assessment of methanol states that methanol "is considered a cumulative poison due to the low rate of excretion once it is absorbed. In the body, methanol is oxidized to formaldehyde and formic acid; both of these metabolites are toxic." The recommend a limit of consumption of 7.8 mg/day. A one-liter (approx. 1 quart) aspartame-sweetened beverage contains about 56 mg of methanol. Heavy users of aspartame-containing products consume as much as 250 mg of methanol daily or 32 times the EPA limit.I know what you're thinking. I must be a Wacko Democrat looking for any excuse to make Rumsfeld & the Bush Administration look bad. Well Think of it this way. The Aspartame controversy has been around for decades before Bush took office and a quick google search will prove I'm not the only person who has gotten extremely sick from the consumption of this FDA approved product. I'm not saying that you should eliminate all sources of artifical sweeteners from your diet, but do yourself a favor and listen to your body. If you don't feel right, question why. I've been unneccessarily living with these symptoms for at least 10 years until I finally realized all my symptoms were so easily eliminated by a few weeks without aspartame.
