thinkprogress.org — In congressional testimony yesterday, CIA director Michael Hayden confirmed that his agency used waterboarding on 3 Al Qaeda suspects. In 2006, Hayden banned the use of waterboarding in CIA interrogations. But today, White House said that it may approve the use of waterboarding again “depend[ing] upon circumstances”

@ Iconoclast for his comment to me above(can't reply, stupid Digg system) So I'm a terrorist lover now because I believe the USA should strive to be above torturing people. I wont apologize for not being simple minded.I can't quite figure out if you are just ignorant , emotionally immature, or simply sick. I'm gonna be optimistic and suggest you go google "blowback", "Leo Strauss", and "Noble Lie", pick up a *good* book on the history of the Cold War and stop watching Fox News. You might gain some perspective and you might even learn something about how you are being lied to. Now why don't you go back to your room and masturbate to the Rambo movies some more. Adults are talking here.

In that case, we should start by water boarding everyone that supports water boarding (including you).

History is going to judge this administration harshly. If you we're to take the US out of any of these conversations and substitute it with Iran, North Korea, Al Qaeda, any enemy of the US, we would be up and arms and threatening war. The time for saving face is over. When we have soldiers who won't admit to what is or isn't torture when the answer is obvious, all in the name of protecting the policies of a morally corrupt president, then you know that all sense of logic and reason no longer exist. The world has watched American credibility get flushed down the toilet. There is no chance that jingoistic rhetoric will sway world opinion in our favor... we are waaay past that point. It's truly time to cut our loses and bring forth the fall guy. Fortunately, the fall guy in this case will actually be the guilty party. You can't defend the actions of this administration anymore. It's has just gone too far off the deep end. The best way to protect what is left of America's integrity is to lay blame at Bush and his neocon mafia. It's time to impeach Bush and Cheney. It's time to admit to the world that we were fooled. It's time that we admit that we will begin to take the right steps to make amends and restore our standing among the nations of the world.

Provide me with reliable sources that Clinton didn't take Laden when offered and I will email and write to him if needed to find out why, if this happens to be true.
