This is the most straightforward browser speed comparison I've seen in a while. Safari's margin of victory is just phenomenal though - it's over 33% faster than its next closest competitor. That said, speed isn't everything. FF is simply the most customizable and extensible browser out there. I also use Opera at work.

Stability is first for me. Then comes features and compatibility. Speed is third on my list. I have 5 browsers because I like to test them all: Firefox, Minefield, Safari 4, Chrome, IE8. This browser war is really good for everyone.
