What is this s**t? She made some stupid mistakes, and she's American, so now all Americans are fools for her to deride? Over and over, her crap gets posted to Digg, and it's always this same kind of caustic idiocy: She reveals some screw-up of hers and then proceeds to explain either how it wasn't a screw-up or how everyone must be dumb as a brick because she screwed up. Alternatively you can use the buyers agent to fill out legal paperwork and not listen to much of anything they say. She's right, you don't want to put too much stake in to how much a buyer's agent says you should pay for a place. They're not motivated to get you a great deal as doing so would take money out of their pocket.

If ignorance is bliss why is this **** so pissy? Every article I have read from this worthless wind bag, overflowed with ignorance. How can you claim to be so smart, and then not educate yourself on the most crucial investment of your life. That's why dumb Americans' use appraisers. Lenders with standards (most do or the can't stay in business) will not lend money on a house that will not appraise for the loan amount. Mortgage co. are not into buying real estate, they lend money for a return, so if the house is not worth selling price, and foreclosure ensues they are stuck, not gonna happen. She was simply, a simpleton. Please stop posting VA stuff, who ever is sucking up to them for whatever reason. Find a good appraiser because they are the only ones who are federally accountable in the whole real estate transaction.
