It is perfectly acceptable to ask for cold fries to be reheated at a Roy Rogers. It is not acceptable to throw a hissy fit in Starbucks because you asked for light whipped cream and they gave you too much. Some people have a problem differentiating between the two. It's good to be assertive. Just don't be a **** about it.
