time.com — "Even though she won't likely face any legal repercussions, the amateurism and cronyism of her brief administration hardly leaves Palin sitting pretty. Troopergate's final verdict may be even more damaging than a rebuke: her administration was, at least this regard, just as self-motivated as the Washington fat cats and lobbyists she hopes to unseat

He did not torture anybody--he used the "test" mode of the taser on his son, that mode has an extremely low voltage not anything like the on mode--sure he was wrong in what he did, and it was up to the union's disciplinary board to decide what to do about it, not the governor. The point here is the Palin abused her authority and violated the ethics laws.

From Maverick to terrorist, it's all about semantics.

The violation of ethics law occured prior to the firing: the attempts to get Wooten fired and to pry into his confidential employement records. And this was totally amateurish, to boot.

Palin is a abusive powers bitch. She knows dam well she had him fired becasue it was ties to her Maverick family. it's proven over and over their all crooked and greedy and will stick together no matter what happens. Palin did not think or realize that once she was elected as VP (joke) that they would look into all this stuff or better yet find this out and make it so public. Palin as jmuch as you lie and cobver up your frauding the state and tax payers about your kids traveling now, you think we want you in the office when theirs 100 others to choose from. Your a lyer. fraud, scammer. and I will make sure and vote for the first time in my life to just make sure i go vote against her and Mccain.
