Nobody knows how much energy is required to create a "universe", if such a thing even exists. If the idea of a multiverse is closer to a truth then it is likely that new universes are being created every nanosecond as a result of wavefunction collapse. You're not necessarily wrong... just incredibly unimaginative, which makes me think you're not really a physicist.
