If you think politicians are petty, greedy,and unwilling to compromise, just wait until 'the people' get directly involved.That would bring the entire United States to a standstill.
Diggers should be ashamed for failing to recognize the importance of Open Source in Government -- and not just software, but in their policies and every transaction. Transparency doesn't even begin to cover it. Not when most of us have learned about FREE AND OPEN SOURCE APPLICATIONS (of which our Government should be one).
The Internet IS Government -- Of the People, By the People, For the People. Just because we're isolated from the Power's That Be is no reason to ban us from Politics.
Too idealistic? Have some optimism. This country is tired of pessimists critisizing everything, that's why we are buying stock in Barrack Obama and his hope for us, and our future! Stop being a nay-sayer and start helping America move forward with a solution.
Making fun of Barrack Obama is unpatriotic, pessimistic, and cynical. Have some hope in us, in our future. Barrack Obama is the new Chuck Norris, but unlike Chuck, Barrack Obama is all real.
