Excelent article... i actually have something similar on <a class="user" href="http://www.enginestyle.com/">http://www.enginestyle.com/</a> that might be worth checking out...

Interesting that <a class="user" href="http://www.drudgereport.com">http://www.drudgereport.com</a> doesn't render at all.

@scsikool: That's because the HTML tag is missing - the applet first looks for the html tag, and then parses the tree below it.

that's your browser's response that the page doesnt exist - depending on your browser, that can be quite a bit of HTML code

Take a look at TiddlyWiki.com(<a class="user" href="http://www.aharef.info/static/htmlgraph/?url=http%3A%2F%2Ftiddlywiki.com).">http://www.aharef.info/static/htmlgraph/?url=http%3A%2F%2Ftiddlywiki.com).</a> The entire site is structured using javascript, css, and divisions. The graph looks much like a flower rather then the monster graph created by Yahoo.com.

pretty nice - yet the colors are not that good :) would be fine if the user could specify them himself.
