I use those sites frequently (you kinda get used to it being a member of Digg), and I can still visit Wikipedia without being proxied. I checked to see if I could see the "virgin killer" article on WP because that is one which is said to be most keenly filtered, yet I can see it absolutely fine - I would say that my connection appears to not be filtered, however I could be wrong.
I didn't go through with it the description said enough for me. I mean 2 girls 1 cup is amusingly sick and twisted, but the whole hammer thing just goes a step too far.

I saw the description but I let my curiosity get the best of me. Im amazed that the story behind that video never went mainstream.
