I'm not too sure about the police being in the wrong here. It sounds a little bit like the police were trying to subdue a combative prisoner that was a danger to herself. I mean, beating your head on the floor, ok let's wrap a towel around her head. I guess that jail did not have an isolation room for psychiatric cases. I'd like to know a little bit more about this before one side or the other is tarred and feathered.
