It's a hard decision.Bit Torrent = Never as fast, but more reliableGood FTP = Usually faster, but less reliable.I guess that's why we have both. Personally, I downloaded my copy on Friday and was doing the 15mbp that FIOS limits me to.

Exactly what markets were killed by virtue of other OS's? You must be kidding, do you mean OS2, Unix, CP/M, DR/DOS? All basically 2nd rate. Plenty of investment was made by the VC's in would be competitors products and they mostly failed. Why? Because MS was better managed and drove the market instead of following it."Spend time in the industry and try to understand the overall or shut the f**k up."I spent my entire working life in the computer industry and I'm absolutely certain it was at a much higher level, with a much better understanding of the business, than you'll ever have. With hair-brained comments like "In fact, it is now more like centralized government than capitalistic advancement"; "Given a solid investment in other technologies over the same period of time during the same timeframe I think we would have been significantly better off."; "Microsoft destroyed companies, technologies, and just about everything that didn't build profit for their ultra-rich investors": you only demonstrate my point and your naivete .Frankly, your comments impress me as being from a starry-eyed child that doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground.
