Sick of hearing about the coyotes. This has been going on forever. I wish the NHL would just let the free market deals happen and get on with it already!

Pay what he deserves? He was paid too much for this job, accepted mediocrity and loathed the idea of leaving this sweltering' paradise' to play hockey where it will make money. Sure, he's the great one - on the ice - but he's not a very good coach and didn't do anything to help the team.Tippet will make the future Hamilton Coyotes a better club.

Sad to see the "great-one" go out like this. Hopefully in the coming years some teams will move around (at least 1 to canada) and hopefully he will be coaching then...
