Don't you hate it when the titles overlay what the fact of the matter really is. Its not because people are watching porn, I think states with more Internet usage find insight and value that they can learn from and preoccupy themselves with, rather then learning off the streets..metaphorically speaking.Again, I just think this is a fancy title to get a website on digg...
