Of course it works, believe me I saw a comercial with Paulina Rubio in Univision, those commercials never pass in my Home TV so I am very happy to see the girl of my dreams in tv again
why do people think everything should be free? my guess is that they don't work and live off some one like there parents. no one owes you a free trip get off your sorry ass and get a job. you want it free because you don't want to earn it. nobody owes you a free ride. now if your happy with 17 crappy channels go for it. ill stick with my cable provider got all the channels plus high speed Internet. i pay 120 dollars a month for it. its worth every penny my kids + my wife use it every day. break it down its like 4 bucks a day. i spend more on beer and cigs than that. i spend more on soft drinks than that . go buy a rib eye steak see what you pay. that's different I'm sure you will say. no it's not. i spend on a daily average about 35 bucks that includes my wife's lunch, kids junk, my beer and cigs and gas. i guess if you are sitting in front of a pc all day waiting for someone to give you stuff it's ok. wish i had it so easy. i have to go to bed now. i have to work tomorrow.
htownking: read my post again...it only works for the ONLINE version.UCBearcats: I'm not sure what you mean. The only thing missing from the online version (as far as I can tell), is that you can't have a playlist. I only want to watch one thing at a time--I'm ok picking a new show when the first one's done. Perhaps you haven't really been authenticated, and you're just seeing the limited version online intead of through the app. Try it again--it's become a bit tricky, and you may need to block popups. Read more about it at http://www.vaskenhauri.com/blog/?p=64
To watch the US-Ghana game tomorrow (or anything else that ESPN has, basically), you can also try espn360.com. If you're not on the short list of favored ESPN ISPs, you can get around the security by reading the article at http://www.vaskenhauri.com/blog/?p=64You can't get in through the 'new' espn360.com, but the links off of the site above still work (although you may have to hold 'ctrl' when you load the url.
sopcast is actually better, or ppstream but ppstream is in chinese and difficult to understand. I don't like downloading programs as some people have mentioned, but I found these to work quite well - only requires a browser and wmp to work:http://www.FreeTube.co.nr (has a lot more TV channels than most of those other ones listed on the web, including Court TV and it has episodes of shows too which is nice for those that don't have a tv or are going back to college soon :( ).http://www.tvants.com - good but requires a download, and fast connection. http://www.orby.com - again, good but requires a download and almost always slow.http://www.espn.com - good for sports coverage, not live but its better than nothing. If you don't want to download anything, FreeTube is your best bet - but its limited to channels on the webby but the programs can get you more unique channels but they can be slow at times and are generally riddled with adware/spyware or some form of ad-based redirection. Be AWARE: There are some sites offering you free tv, but they're basically making you pay for a program that is similar to FreeTube and these sites. Never pay for what you can get for free - an example of such a program is GoogleBox (i found a way to get the full version from the trial, but still).
