wow, he did it again. Not his best, but still very entertaining.I still think i''m holding off until the new powermacs come out, along with vista and osx10.5. By then they'll have all the bugs sorted with the intel switch, i'll need a new box to run vista and i may be able to afford it :) (dueling booting is going to be great)If i didn't game i'd prob just pick up the MacBook now, even though my powerbook is still young - that thing looked awesome. Stupid name really though, "Mac ProBook" anyone?
Grrr, trying to play the stream with mplayer (sound but no video), and with vlc (video, but no sound) with no success. Why Apple always change the way they encode their streams, bloody hell?
re: Roz Ho comments... I'm fairly sure she has either a hearing or speech impediment. That doesn't change the fact that she could stand a couple public speaking lessons to get her to quit shifting her weight all over the place while she stands, though. Same goes for Paul Otellini. He seemed to have a hard time standing still during his appearance. I don't know if the bunny suit made him more self-concious or more relaxed. If I were due to appear on stage with Steve Jobs, the first thing I would do would be to take a few sessions with Toastmasters. He's got so much public speaking skill that it makes most execs who get up there with him seem clumsy by comparison. Did anyone else think Intel CEO Paul Otellini seemed like a grad student next to his professor during the keynote?
