<a class="user" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criminal_conversion">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criminal_conversion</a> - "it is a lesser included offense of the crime of theft"<a class="user" href="http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Is_criminal_conversion_a_felony">http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Is_criminal_conversion_a ...</a> - Criminal conversion can be considered a lesser "theft" crime because the person is not depriving the owner of his right of ownership.Still theft, although lesser. But still theft. And no, I wouldn't pose a moral argument to you, because you obviously have all the facts.*yawn*

What are you talking about? You can easily show/teach any jury, present to them enough evidence to make it so that they are not 100 percent sure that you are guilty. It's easy to explain that in the digital world people can manipulate absolutely everything. They will have proof enough that shows that there is a large chance that you are innocent. So they will not say "guilty" when the time comes. Who would when there is such a large chance that you are innocent? What kind of dumbf**k are you anyway?

@nerysHe got jail time this is not a civil case.@learn2You did not read what I said. Sure you can present evidence that will take away 100 percent certainty but the problem is they don't have to be 100 percent sure. Some of the verdicts I've heard about it seems like jury's although should not be biased seem to think that if you are in that courtroom then you are most likely guilty.
