that tweak is to end non-respondind programs quicker on exit. why wait 20 seconds or whatever it's set to if you could waste only 5 or 10?

They forgot one simple tweak that is disable the default xp theme and use the classic windows theme. and of course if you want to tweak more, then download nLite to make your own customised windows XP installation CD.
