i'd avoid taking the advice of people who advocate walking out of on a hospital bill. maybe some people get away with it but a family member of mine was taken to court and sued for thousands of dollars because he walked out of an emergency room visit about 7 years ago. he's currently paying the hospital on a monthly basis due to no assets and a low income.
"Socialized medicine in Canada doesn't work." -- Yeah, I guess that's why the life expectancy in Canada is higher than the US. Also, when including ALL taxes, US citizens pay about 70% more in taxes than Canadians.
it's like condom, you buy 1 pack of 12 condoms for 15 bucks in walgreen1 pack of 100 condoms from Condom's men on Amazon.com is 20bucksThe point is, either "I need it right now or one week of waiting"
@jerbakerWRONG. I pay about 4 bucks a week for medical insurance. Thats under $300 a year. You need to watch the Bulls**t! episode about numbers, apparently.
@gdragon:"I always think it's so funny when people think the Universe somehow punishes the wicked and rewards good people. I'm sure it makes you feel better to think so but it's not true.Sick people are taken advantage of all the time. It's very rare that anything is ever done about it. Sitting around thinking "What goes around comes around" is just apathy"Or as I like to call it...they will eventually piss off the wrong person who will have THEM pissing red.
Er... good luck returning a prescription any where. Unless it was a mistake of a pharmacist, its not going to happen. If its the doctor's mistake, they will compensate you and give you a new Rx.
who cares how much it costs at Walgreens? Go to Target for $4 drugs! Thats less than most people's co-pays even! 30 tablets for $4 or 90 tablets for $10!

This is exactly why I ended up buying my Viagra at Wal-Mart instead of Walgreens.
