minnesota.publicradio.org — Wal-Mart Stores Inc. said Tuesday it would pay up to $54.25 million to settle a class-action lawsuit that alleged the discount giant cut workers' break time and allowed employees to work off the clock in Minnesota.

Good news for workers? Class action lawyers are a notch above pond scum. I'm sure the 54 million went to the class action legal team while the workers get the .25 to divide amongst themselves...
