The carbon footprint left by just one of those gargantuan ocean liners from China to North America, loaded with cheap plastic crap to be sold at Walmart: staggering. And they make that trip every day. Boycott that cheap plastic crappy at that cheap plastic crappy place called Walmart.

Um Walmart is a company that can survive reduced consumption. It's smaller stores that cannot.
