Not if he sues her because in the civil case her name and possibly the name of her husband will all be out in public. Not sure he would do that in some circumstances.If people who said she was cutting through his yard were right I think a lawyer would be delighted to take him to a police station, file a raft of charges against her, and after they are adjudicated use the verdicts as a basis for civil lawsuit. One big enough to make the lawyer happy, and with the Fairfax County as the defendant he could get a lot if he won.But personally I wish this incident never happened. It paints everyone in a bad light.

JohnnySoftware, DavePA, Darkspym7, etc. plz rtfa. Cop's wife was TRESPASSING and saw the guy at 5:30 AM through a side window partly covered with small trees. Everything else, including the claim that he was seen through the front window also, is BS she and the cops made up to justify it. They also claimed there was a rumor others had seen him "exposing himself" too. To date NOBODY has said they did. The guy is being railroaded by assh**es.
