Even if they were punished, the punishment for breaking the data-retention laws is on orders of magnitude less-severe than the punishment of what that data contained.Making sure there were no backup tapes was a calculated risk.

Well according to TV.com, his show is on for 3 hours a day, every day. 12.5% of the network is radical; another 80% or so is liberal based on the Obama-loving.

Sadly yes that is indeed what it has come to... Its routine for this administration to skirt the law. I dont expect accountability. I just hope for it.
