@ gn0stik : You're right, some of the pronunciations in Mandarin and Cantonese are similar. Its all about the tonal differences. However, I don't know what you meant by "Hing" (never heard of it). I'm pretty sure that "Goh Goh" (Cantonese) means older brother, which is very similar to Mandarin's "Ge Ge".@Brododium and tech42: I myself don't know any of the Canto pinyin, but "mui mui" is pretty damn close to what I would type for "Younger Sister".
