McCain's age was a huge issue at 72yo, and now you will have Ronny P. going up against a 51yo incumbent in 2012 at the age of 77? Don't thinks so. Stick a fork in him, neither he, nor McCain will run again. Both will be too old.
A nut? Hmm so when is Obama gonna bring our troops home again? Wonder how many more bankers he's gonna bail out. Do you think he will invade Pakistan or Afghanistan first? Of course we will have to see what Israel wants us to do first. After all it's OUR national security at stake. It makes complete sense to check in with Israel to be sure were killing the right people in the right countries. Oh and lets not forget evil Russia for their shameless protecting of Ossetias farmers. Poor Georgia they just wanted to exterminate those villagers and Russia dared to object! Turn off the T.V. man they lie.
@sgiffy,-----So I guess their secrete plan is to devalue the dollar by having it strengthen right? Ron Paul and his supporters have spent the last couple decades constantly saying we are heading for a collapse. When s**t gets bad they scream "I told you so!". Of course when things recover they go right back to the "OMG this is a trick its going to collapse soon I swear".----Real median wages are practically unchanged since 1971. There is something seriously wrong with how the economy is being managed.Median wages for the 25-34 demographic are lower today than back in 1971.You may OK with this, like a frog in a pot of slowly boiling water, but others are not.America has lost its manufacturing base. It has a massive trade deficit. Any economist worth his salt knows this is unsustainable. There has been a 40 year dollar bubble, and Ron Paul is correct to fear a collapse. Fiat currencies never last.In the 34 years before Nixon took the US off the gold standard (in 1971), the money supply was expanded 2 fold. In the 34 years after, the money supply grew by 13X. This cannot last. The fed lowering interest rates against last week, and the federal government considering giving out another bailout to car manufacturers (with printed money), is going to have disastrous results. It's going to continue weakening the foundations of the economy.
I think most of us have already done that, some of us have even convinced some, or even many of our friends and family. What is needed is to get the word out to those we do not know, even minimally. He needs to be in their faces on TV because most of them get all their political news from the TV news shows. Luckily he is getting more exposure now than he did during the primaries, let us hope they keep it up. If they do not we must insist they give him more coverage, our forces are large enough to bring some pressure to bear against the media's attempts to marginalize him in future.
"We need more conservative republicans" - then why do you wholeheartedly support the neo-cons, and "moderates" like Guiliani? They completely ignore true conservatism, and rely on social conservatism as proof enough that they are "conservative", when in fact they are nothing of the sort. This is where you contradict yourself - I'm not saying that you should have supported Ron Paul - the choice is yours and yours alone, but why do you spend so much time railing against the GOP's most truly conservative representative, and throw your support behind established moderates like Rudy? You also wholly supported Romney, who actually stated for the record that he would let his religion interfere with his politics...Make up your mind, you can't say that you're all for true conservatism while you support the enemies of true conservatism. This is why the GOP got slammed in the last two elections, because they don't walk the walk, they only talk the talk. Bush was touted as a conservative, and his version of conservatism has led us about as far away from true conservatism as you can get. Bailouts for the corporate/banking sector is NOT conservative, it's socialist. Wars of aggression are not conservative, they are authoritarian/fascist wars for control of resources. Warrantless wiretapping is not conservative, it's totalitarian...and on and on and on. I agree with your statement about the GOP and conservatism, but it rings hollow coming from a guy who has been supporting the false conservatives all along.
The guy was un-coverable by the MSM while he was running but the second he steps out he is on every show talking about policy, Amazing!Honestly, I feel real bad for the guy. He has tried so hard for so many years to save us yet still so little people truly listen to what he says. I just hope he is still around when we take this country back.

Well said. With all his predictions coming true you would think that the American people would be throwing him a f**king parade.

Can't I just run around calling you all names? Your way sounds more efficient, but I have more fun my way.
