The title was misleading, when I first read it I thought Visa was going to get into backing new online business ventures, like start an easy to access venture capitol business. Turns out the US just wants to give a visa to immigrants to keep the talent in the country.
@Ian, Te Kanisyou should calm down a little bit...sounds like have you been missing your daily prozac and xanax. No my company wasn't "full of h1b foreigners"...yes I am Greek-American and started a pretty successful company and know first-hand the challenges of hiring talent. True, I get a tonne of resumes from "Americans" claiming to know all (resume padding is mildly putting it)...when they don't even know the basic alphabet. If you know anythig about this industry you should know better ....otherwise get back to watching Bill'O Reilly, Rush Limbaugh,Glenn Beck and Lou Dobbs DVR re-runs and jerking off to his bloviations.
"Now - I hear many of the Indians going back to India - especially the city of Bangalore (Bengaluru now) has seen about 40% of the US NRI (Non Resident Indians) return back to the city to set up shop back home."Pretty much why us Indians welcome more changes in US system to lock out as many immigrants as you can. Helps us keep the talent home.
