@flarup The outside screen is mainly for reading ebooks or checking your email. With the eink you can read several large books on one battery charge because its not using power when your not flipping pages.
Its textured black leather not powder coated metal. But the idea is you can pick and choose which cover you want for it, or keep the basic magnesium casing, its removeable.
I think the guys presenting the device need some pointers on sales presentations. Kind of hard to get excited about something if the person presenting isn't excited.
