I could buy the Bruce Lee one but I call shenanigans. Namely the owen wilson/ ken one. I'm sure as you know Street fighter came out in 1987, but owen wilson's minor breakout was in the 1994 film "Bottle Rocket" and became really popular six years later with "Shanghai Noon". (Wikipedia + Imdb) So unless the dev. artist had a magical time machine, or knew him, there is know way that Ken is based on Owen Wilson.Shenanigans, dirty shenanigans.

Uhhh...Pretty sure Ken was around long before Owen Wilson was popular, so I'm gonna go ahead and guess that any similarity (and you'd have to be looking, for sure) is entirely coincidental.
