@ Chingmiester,Dew is the ultimate classic nerd drink ( 2 24 pks a night playing Warcraft II when it was new) so this is awesome, as for all those calories? Dew drinking nerd is not equal to thin healh nut.
I think you could probably probably pile up most anything in a conical shape and put lights and ornaments on it, and it would look kinda cool. Mt. Dew cans, of course have the added advantage of being green. This is a funny, clever and disarmingly attractive project. (Well, except maybe for the "star"). It makes me wonder if in a few years when my families fake Christmas tree needs to be retired if maybe we shouldn't be more creative in using things we already have around the house.
@ wingnut21 - You said"Techjunkie: Are you some 19-year-old obsessed with the mystique of alcohol? Your non-legal friends might be impressed by that comment, but we're not."Are you some 21 year old, barely legal kid (yes, kid) obsessed with the fact that you are now able to legally drink (barely) and the kid 2 years younger can't? Your barely legal friends may be impressed by that comment, but I'm not. Just because you are old enough to drink does not make you better than someone who isn't.
I don't know why you are being dugg down because that stuff is expensive! Lots of $$$ required to make a tree out of those bottles.And... it would be quite a feat to consume that much of the green fairy!

After seeing all the dew cans I image they put the tree up in less than one minute.

I know this is a really dumb question, seeing as this is quite a popular song, but what is the song in the video called? It's pretty cool.
