I don't quite get this... free credit checks, credit monitoring? That's a pretty nifty prize, get all your info stolen (after reading this, i use the word stolen in a purely sarcastic manner) and the govt write up a new bill allowing them to spy on you for free? Wow, go democracy and freedom. :d/
