Mobile Social networking is already pretty big everywhere except the US. Especially with Twitter. Or maybe I am just talking Krap.

What they're saying is that 4G will make uploading videos easier, cheaper, and faster. Right now, downloading is easy, but uploading mobile to mobile or even mobile to social is not effecient.
