Yeah the ones I know simply lead by example. They aren't out to ban your steak (ok well maybe ideally in the future they are, but they aren't intrusive about it) and they simply want to encourage others to move in their direction.To be honest, once restaurants facilitate vegans you would be amazed how good the food is to meat eating. I like my steaks, but surprising some of that knockoff s**t is great.
