thinkprogress.org — In an interview on The Today Show this morning, Al Gore sharply criticized the media for giving so much air time to such climate skeptics: "There are still people who believe that the Earth is flat, but...you don?t search out for someone who still believes the Earth is flat and give them equal time."

The illusion of opposing parties eh?"Al Gore has been correct about the issues long before the other candidates try to play catch up." ???A more vague, waffling and weasel-ish sentence would be hard to find. "correct" in what way and in which "the issues"?I'm also certain that Al Gore was *not* the first person to criticise the Iraq invasion no more than he invented the internetit's a bit late here anyway. It's already decided; Hillary Clinton is the next president of the United States. No, I won't add more - it would spoil the cash I have invested at the bookmakers ;)

Please explain your comment. I avoid "The View" so have no clue as to what you are talking about.

Yet, Al Gore is suggesting that all media should stop airing his opposition's side. In other words, he is acting like Fox News.

There is a difference between listening to a dissenting view and listening to a view that has no basis in reality and has been debunked numerous times. The mere fact that you dissent is not enough to merit attention. Rather your dissent must have some factual basis.9/11 "The Government Did IT!" conspiracies have no basis and no supporting facts.

Simple is good and usually true. That's why man has complicated the law with endlessness, so you can't remember or find the truth.
