Rumsfield continued the work of Clinton as he transformed the army from an unstoppable cold war juggarnaut to a more precise attack unit. History will show if the change that he brought to the Pentagon outweighed his bad policy decisions in Iraq.Speaking of bad decisions, can anyone please show me a specific decision that made the War in Iraq turn out worse? People always say that Rumsfeld botched the war, but I've never seen any evidence of that. I'm dead serious when I say, "Give me evidence!"

I think three fundamental mistakes were made, prior to the iraq war even starting+ advocating secret trials of people without abillity to confront evidence+ operating guantanamo bay prison, without announcing a clear standard of who gets thrown in there and why (can someone be sent there merely on hearsay?).+ fueling global perceptions that basic inherent rights of innocent humans doesn't outweigh inconvenience+ Believing falsely that a war can be won by demonstrations of ruthlessness.Of course operating abu ghraib made things even worse (i'm sure locals knew even before the pictures came out). This solidifiied the view that america is there as an occupying force that's trying to push forward a pretense of being there to liberate.I dont believe that it even matters whether the abuses at abu ghraib were authorized far up the ladder. I believe that many domestic prisons in the USA have this issue, and this is a symptom of that. In fact, many (i hope not most) people think that being subject to prison rape is no big deal because it's being done to criminals. Unfortunately, no justice system is without error, and furthermore the hardcore criminals actually benefit from and enjoy prison rape. The public doesnt seem to want to take the effort to bring about change. If it means putting everything in prison under constant video surveillance. The constitution bans cruelty for a reason, unecessary cruelty desroys the souls of nations.Collectively, as a culture, the infliction of cruelty and the "oh well, he deserves it" mentality must always be opposed. All prisons must be for rehabilitation, especially when the sentence is not a life term or death. If a sentence demands that a person be released into society, doesnt it make some sense that the person not be even more vengeful. Being subject to cruelty isn't going to reform anyone, it's going to make them hate even more. It's foolish to think that a person will think "oh, I am going to get beaten up/raped again if I commit this crime" and not do the crime. In fact they're more likely to commit the crime because they just won't care.My point is this, if a country wants to win wars they should learn how wars their past war objectives went according to how they were successful (WW2: many germans were eager to surrender in WW2) verus how they were lost (vietnam - alleged abuses by Tiger Force, actions at My Lai).

The only thing I get out of this story is that Rumsfeld is giving good blow jobs around the White House.

I just don't think they're going to be able to pull off their own bulls**t this time. There's too much truth tipping the collective consciousness scales. They may be watching us, but we're watching them too. They didn't factor that in.<a class="user" href="http://www.silveradoboysranch.com/">http://www.silveradoboysranch.com/</a>

Donald Rumsfeld and the other Chicago Boys now known as Chicago Thugs are terrorists rather than patriots. Reminds me of this article, A Country Hijacked, <a class="user" href="http://reno.broowaha.com/article.php?id=4170.">http://reno.broowaha.com/article.php?id=4170.</a>As that author, Morgana, <a class="user" href="http://reno.broowaha.com/profile.php?id=2434">http://reno.broowaha.com/profile.php?id=2434</a> wrote, ?It has been proven, repeatedly, that monetarism, tax cuts for the wealthy and corporations, the rise of the military including private military, deregulation, a war economy, government cuts in social issues, all inevitably result in financial crisis. The ?magic of the free marketplace? does NOT generate growth and prosperity for all, as it is NOT a rising tide. The free marketplace is a predator that aggressively and relentlessly seeks to reallocates profit only to the corporation?s managers, and debt only to governments. Corporations, now exposed for what they are, predators, now even treat debt as an externality that should be passed on to government. ?Treason is defined as a violation of allegiance to one?s country, or by acting to overthrow government. Synonyms for treason are disloyalty, treachery, dishonesty, sedition and disaffection. Synonyms for violation are transgression, infraction, infringement, breach, misbehavior, contradiction, thwarting, counteraction, opposition, and contravention. Synonyms for allegiance are faithfulness, loyalty, devotion, fidelity, constancy, duty, trust, trustworthiness, obligation, stability, and fealty. Synonyms for government are bureaucracy and a system of administration. The act of governing is managing, overseeing and supervising. Synonyms for overthrow are destruction, upset, undermine, ruin, crush, displace, disperse, demolish, overturn, subvert, and abolish. There is A Rise of Treason In America. Corporationism Rules Or The Dog Gets It, <a class="user" href="http://reno.broowaha.com/article.php?id=4265">http://reno.broowaha.com/article.php?id=4265</a>Donald Rumsfeld was a student of economist Milton Friedman and what was once know as The Chicago Boys but has come to be known as The Chicago Thugs. Rumsfeld bet the future on plagues. Richard ?Dick? Cheney, was an early student of Donald Rumsfeld during the American President Ford?s administration. As Secretary of Defense under American President George H.W. Bush, Cheney bet the future on war, and a private sector McMilitary. Today Cheney?s treasonous bet is known as Blackwater and Haliburton. On September 10, 2001, CNN Evening News had a story titled ?Defense Secretary Declares War on the Pentagon?s Bureaucracy.? That morning, then U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld had described Pentagon employees as enemies of America, the Pentagon as a grave threat to America and declared war on the Pentagon, the institution he had taken an oath of allegiance to.The Pentagon?s staff, highly educated, trained and experienced in America?s national defense, had devoted their entire careers to defending America. The Pentagon?s staff had successfully defended America, most notably from the Communist Soviet Union. They were now listening to the most extraordinary, and devastating to America, speech ever given by a U.S. Defense Secretary. A speech that violated that U.S. Defense Secretary oath of allegiance to his office and his country. Donald Rumsfeld had gone public with his treason and that he was a domestic terrorist with interests hostile to America and the U.S. government he was now paid to be an effective functioning part of. Then U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld was not looking to save American?s their tax dollars. Nor was he looking to defend America. Nor was he looking to do the job he was getting paid by American taxpayers to do, that being to govern. He wasn?t even interested in his oath of allegiance. Donald Rumsfeld violated his oath to obey and uphold the U.S. Constitution, which clearly defines America?s national security as the duty of the U.S. government. Then treasonous U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, now an open domestic terrorist, ordered every U.S. Department of Defense and Pentagon department immediately slashed by 15 percent while demanding from the U.S. Congress an overall 11 percent Department of Defense budget increase. He then unconstitutionally and treasonously privatized America?s national defense. One of the then Pentagon employees described their, and the rest of the audiences, reaction to then U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld?s staff meeting speech that morning. ?He was saying we were the enemy, that the enemy was us.? Then U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld?s unconstitutional and treasonous actions were lost in the shock and horror of America?s 9.11. 125 Pentagon employees were killed, 110 seriously injured. That?s 235 patriotic Americans that 24 hours earlier, their boss and now traitor to America, Donald Rumsfeld, had maliciously branded as enemies of America.Traitors Donald Rumsfeld, George W. Bush and Richard Cheney had all declared and made it clear they believed that the job of government, that they were being paid by Americans? tax dollars to do, was no longer to govern. The horrifying results were the evisceration of the American military, and the rise of a private police force. That rise of a private police force is funded with American taxpayer?s dollars. That unconstitutional private police force is the treasonous Blackwater, a for-profit multi-national corporation that believes it is not accountable to American taxpayers that fund them nor the American Congress nor any American laws, nor even other country?s laws.

i wonder how people really feel about Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld... hmmm? LOLactually folks, you just need to remember that there is honor among thieves. and in any organization, i have found that the person who appoints a failure to a position will never admit that it was a mistake, but he will always find a way to congratulate the appointee for their "great successes" as he passes them off to the next higher position... that is how people like that always rise to the first level of incompetency. i think these guys managed through politics (and NWO contacts) to rise way beyond their first level to the n-th level of their respective incompetencies.
