A pardon is already in the plans...why else would Rove, Cheney & Libby not testify. The "defense" that is being played has to do with the disclosure of Plame's name (Fleischer, Rove, Armitage) but Libby charged with lying to the grand jury and that has already been proven.
There's no way to stop him, and why would we really want to?This man is the gift that keeps on giving when it comes to things to hang around the neck of the GOP for years to come.
