Not a bad concept, It could stand to be a little less blue though. Perhaps it could disappear unless you mouse over it?

I think it's clear that Digg needs a "Feature Suggestion" category. We could keep them busy for a long time.

This would be awesome as long as they didn't adapt the frame to hold advertising that jumps the f**k out at you.
