tools.dynamicdrive.com — Dynamic Drive has some tools you may find useful. Like a tool that lets you easily generate a gradient image for your site background, buttons, etc., generate encrypted e-mail ad code for your site making it impossible for spammers to harvest from your site, etc.

Good site. I've been using Dynamic Drive for the past 5 or 6 years, and it's been an INCREDIBLE help. Still, not necessarily a new site, so I shan't dig it.

Of course if you need a favicon creator just use Image Magick and issue the command:convert -resize 16x16 logo.jpg favicon.icoto turn your logo.jpg into a favicon.ico in a heart beat.
