Omfg that is so f**ked. See I use dialup so that really isn't fair. If I want to hook on my friend's connection for free, that is so messed up. I like to use a wireless connection cause its faster but still not pay so my friend lets me connect for free. If its outlawed, then thats just gay.

My immediate thought was the same as rhall's. Locking the door is your own responsibility, so there must be some pressure from the ISP's.
