ubcd4win.com — UBCD4Win is a bootable CD which contains software that allows you to repair/restore/diagnostic almost any computer problem. UBCD4Win uses Bart's PE? to boot into a Windows? "pre-install" environment, basically Windows? booted from CD.

How does this stack compared to the Ultimate Boot CD? (UBCD)<a class="user" href="http://ubcd.sourceforge.net/">http://ubcd.sourceforge.net/</a>I've used UBCD to recover ntfs drives that cause Windows to crash hard.

It's got tools similar to the Ultimate Boot CDs, but using Bart PE, it has a much more "familiar" interface.UBCD4Win should at least change their name, though.

Much better than Bart's. I have been using UBCD for some time. It has saved my cookies on numerous occasions. I won't go on a tech call without it.
