NK's military has more food to munch on than the rest of the country. If any aid comes NK's way, most, if not all of it goes to their troops.

You don't know what you're talking about moron. North Korea has enough artillery pointed at the city of Seoul to level it in under 30 minutes. Why don't you google Seoul and figure out the body count if that were to happen. Notice my username? I know for a fact, I live in Seoul, I've been to the DMZ, I know what's going on HERE.You don't have a clue... clearly.

I was there in 2007 and the people there weren't overly worried about the Nuclear tests then. I've never been anywhere quite like Seoul. No words can describe how wonderful of a city it is. Whenever I'm there it feels like I'm in a city from the future- it's awe inspiring. My original comment was a little over the top, I just hate knowing that one crazy little man can take it all away, and all the great people I met there would be gone and I would never be able to go back./p.s. Have a great trip

Who gives a s**t about the NPT? It's a piece of paper. It can be lost, burned or eaten by a dog. We're talking about running a country, and I don't think any piece of paper will stand in the way of a country trying to get what they think they have coming to them. Plus, NK didn't even sign the NPT, right? So they're not bound by it. In other words, like it or not, Kim Jong Il thinks he has a right to develop and posses nuclear weapons. If we disagree with that, there's a simple solution - take him out. Or, just hit him with some sanctions and non-trade agreements, that seems to be working great. /sAlso, who the f**k would dig down my original question? It's a simple question. What are you afraid of? I happen to think it sparked an honest thoughtful debate. Chill out.

One more thing - don't tell me for one second that if dirty bombs started exploding tomorrow in all major US cities that we wouldn't strike back with nuclear force. NPT or not, when it comes to defending your country, we should do whatever is necessary. Hopefully it will never come to this, but if it does, I vote to drop the bomb.
