Since this is human blood grown in vivo it would not be accepted by the Jehovah's Witnesses either.They would rather use the older artificial blood that has been around for years and deal with it's side effects. And there are no guarantees that it would be free of viruses.
But I am sure they have enough sense to make it from universal donor O-negative blood so any soldier can receive it.
By the way, most chimpanzee blood can be used in human donations but I don't think the Jehovah's Witnesses would think that is acceptable either.
