Why not just implement a system where users have to register at DMV offices in person and their postings also contain a photo. (Yes, those unattractive DMV photos!)Fraud should be minimized...OK Diggers, you can stop laughing now. : )

It doesn't matter, under the patent law, the United States can willfully infringe on any patent that's granted without payment to the patent owner. It's an unspoken part of the quid pro quo for patent protection.

well its taken them some time to work this out but good on them for doing so..I wonder how long it will be before the RIAA and MPAA wake up and smell the internet for the distribution mechanism it is in this digital age. *sniff*.. common RIAA.. you know you want too.. don't let itunes be the next universal studios etc!
