Hey at least we can claim 3 different justice systems in this country.One for the rich.One for the poor.One for the innocent civilian.American justice...proud of our unjust heritage.
What the hell? This isn't as bad as some people are making it out to be...The people that this applies to are 'Defence Civilians', i.e. people who work for the military but do not hold some sort of military rank. Militaries all around the world have laws like this, applying both military and civil war to both military personnel and defence civilians.

I was of the opinion that amendments *were* parts of the constitution...
