Anything which expedites the spread of ideas can be used as a terrorist "tool". That's the "risk" of having the freedom to think in the information age. Anyways, I'd rather them be doing stuff online so we can at least argue with them; it's better than them being sneaky so we have no idea where they're coming from. If they're dumb enough to broadcast their latest intentions to us, so be it.
