Why are there so many cows? It is a result of actions by man. So, stating that cows pose more of a threat than man is not looking at the big picture. If man was not breeding and producing cows, then it is doubtful that there would be so many cows.Inaccurate.

Every day it's a different story with global warming. First it's "Ice cores tell us XYZ", then it's "Ice cores aren't accurate". "We must implement Kyoto" is followed with "Kyoto doesn't work". We hear "Our climate models tell us blah blah blah" followed by "Our climate models were wrong and we now have new climate models". Now cows are worse than cars. Tomorrow it will be something else.Face the facts. You global warming folks have _no idea_ what you're talking about. And don't lash out at people for not implementing solutions when you don't even know what the problem is, or if there is any problem at all.
The grocery store where I often shop has a really nice organic foods isle. There seems to be a lot of really nice looking stuff there. I notice that it all costs substantially more than the non-organic equivalents. I also notice that nobody else is ever in that isle.

we have hundreds of millions of cows, don't we? a 4-stroke engine is small change. a 2-stroke engine is literally thousands of times filthier than a 4-stroke engine. also, industrial pollution is thousands of times filthier than automotive pollution, is it not? the world has ~400 nuclear plants and thousands to tens of thousands of coal burning plants, and as many major factories or more.cars are minor, immediately economically visible markers.http://forworldhealth.blogspot.com/2006/12/un-knows-industryenergy-pollutes.html

Wouldn't it work the other way around? You need to eat as much beef as possible to rid the world of this methane menace!
