Wow! Losen the tinfoil. You don't even know if the story is true.

Potential leak of classified information is tinfoil conspiracy? All I'm getting at is something that wasn't releasable enough to do without anonymity was apparently released, and that can have consequences, of which the source being compromised is one possibility.

Er no. You're putting forward an opinion based on comments....for a US show? We're both from the UK and can tell you the response has been anything but "OH s**t!". The BBC even had a report on how people, just an hour after both sets of attacks, were just walking past the area. And yes, the comments about the US weren't baseless. If you look at any video or footage of any attack on the US, there's always people running around going "OH my god. Oh my god. It's the end. OH NOES!"

There's a difference between "keeping the entire country in a state of paranoia" and "trying to prevent specific threats gained from intel".

Well, to be honest.. Scotland like England has a major role in the wars in Iraq. The British Military is plays a major role, do remember.. Britain isn't "England" Britain is "Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland" The British Military (RAF, Marines, Navy, SAS etc..) all consist of Scottish, English, Welsh and N.Irish people.
